Asian Leadership Consulting was founded with a single goal in mind; to develop Asian leaders and corporations to be at their best, no matter where they operate.

As Asian talent continues to increase as a percentage of the general population, there is still an under-representation of Asians in senior and executive leadership positions in the corporate world. While Diversity and Inclusion is an increasingly important agenda for many businesses, few specific programs are targeted to support companies and individuals to address this opportunity.

Our Programs

Asian Leadership Consulting serves both individuals and businesses, and our programs are available in English and Korean and conducted both online and in person.

 

Coaching

Female leaders remain underrepresented across all levels of corporate management. Asian Female leaders are even more underrepresented and must overcome more complex challenges to achieve their career aspirations.
