The program is designed to accelerate Asian leaders’ development by addressing specific opportunities and challenges. This coaching program is customized for clients’ needs. It comes in 1:1 or group coaching formats.  

We will work with clients to identify developmental goals based on the insights from leadership assessments and stakeholder interviews. Each coaching session will generate action plans toward the goals. Throughout the coaching engagement, we conduct regular alignment pulse checks with stakeholders.
