Female leaders remain underrepresented across all levels of corporate management. Asian Female leaders are even more underrepresented and must overcome more complex challenges to achieve their career aspirations. This program aims to fast-track Female leadership development to close the representation gap.   

Investing in female leadership development in their early career phase will strengthen their chance of further career advancement. Female Leadership Accelerator program creates a safe space for participants to identify ways to overcome particular challenges. They will form allyship and support each other’s development. The aim is to generate role models from the program over time.   

 

The program is usually delivered in a combination of workshops and group and 1:1 coaching formats.
