The DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) topic continues to be high on many corporates’ agendas. This program builds organization-wide awareness on DE&I and contributes to creating a more inclusive work environment.
To make DE&I foundational management and leadership principles, DE&I conversation should be tailored to fit the organization’s characteristics. For DE&I conversations, we don’t take a “one size fits all” approach. We deliver separate programs for leaders/managers from the general population as leaders play different roles in driving D&I culture. Additionally, we customize the program upon evaluating clients’ DE&I challenges. Our customization includes developing locally relevant content for multi-national organizations.
The program is usually delivered in group formats.
