We utilize clients’ existing assessment reports. If needed, we run additional assessments to pinpoint developmental needs.
We work closely with internal HR partners from the start for alignment and effectiveness of the program.
We build a face-to-face relationship with clients and are happy to travel globally as needed.
We partner with executive coaches in the US, UK, and Korea. Our partner coaches are ICF PCC, or its equivalent certified, and have extensive corporate experience in small and large global organizations.
We control the quality of our programs by getting inputs from advisory board members based in the UK and the USA.
